Dear Friends ,

I have chosen not to write a typical business message speaking of our past achievements and future success. This is merely a message of gratitude to our business partners both inside and outside Egypt, as well the highly efficient team of PACC Engineering. It is their continuous effort, hard work and ambition that paved the way to success and enabled me to have a great story to tell.

We are proud to say that through a strong strategic partnership with a first – rate manufacturer and supplier such as Telspec Europe Ltd, and the efforts of 172 people we were able to install 500,000 telephone lines in less than 3 years of service, with more lines still to come. This operation was pivotal in relieving congestion throughout the Telecom Egypt copper networks.

Therefore, it is our firm belief, that through our solid partnership with Telecom Egypt, the National Services project Organization ( N.S.P.O ), The Arabian Telecommunication & projects Co, Middle East Radio Communication and Telspec Europe Ltd, we can do it all again anywhere in the Middle East and Africa.

Furthermore, and although we carried out this vast project in less than ideal conditions and circumstances, we were able to overcome and difficulties and realize our goals through an unyielding team spirit.

company established in 1993 to acquire a number of existing companies working in the ITC
sector, with the objective to consolidate and to increase its market share in the emerging fast
growing Egyptian ITC market.
